Note: After changing an email password you will need to update the password on your device. Click here for our guides on how to do that.
Step 1 – Log in to https://billing.digitalpacific.com.au and click on SERVICES.
Step 2 – Click MANAGE for the hosting account.
Step 3 – Scroll down to Quick Shortcuts and select Email Accounts.
Step 4 – Click on Password and Authentication for the account you want to change the password for.
Step 5 – Type the new password, type it in again then click Change Password
NOTE: You can check/confirm your email password by going to your webmail page yourdomain.com.au/webmail (eg: if your domain is barrysbakery.com.au/ you would go to barrysbakery.com.au/webmail to access webmail). If you can log in, it means the password is correct.
Step 1 – Log into cPanel and click on the Email Accounts icon
Step 2 – Click on Password and Authentication for the account you want to change the password for
Step 3 – Type the new password, type it in again then click Change Password
Step 1 – Go to webmail.yourdomain.net.au and enter your email and password (ef: if your domain is test12345.com your webmail page is webmail.test12345.com or test12345.com/webmail )
Step 2 – Click on Change Password
Step 3 – Type in your new password and then type it again in to the Confirm Password field, then click the Change Password button. Your password will need a strength greater than 50 to be accepted. Using upper case letters, numbers, symbols and having a longer password length will all increase this.
The change will be instantaneous.
